Refund policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Discovery sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered forfeited.

Projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits reserve time in DCM Studio's schedule and are non-refundable once work has started.

Monthly consulting retainers renew according to the terms outlined in each client agreement.

Either party may end a retainer by providing 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Invoices are due according to the payment terms listed on the invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work until the account is brought current.

Requests outside the agreed project scope may require a revised proposal or additional billing.

Due to the nature of consulting services, completed work, strategy sessions, and time already performed are non-refundable.

If you have concerns about your engagement, DCM Studio is committed to working collaboratively toward a fair resolution.
